50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING. Credit card is required.

BALANCE DUE UPON COMPLETION OF SET UP. ALL RENTALS ARE CONSIDERED A ONE DAY RENTAL.

This means the tent could be set the day prior to your event and dismantled the day after at a one day charge. Extra charges apply for late evening or early morning set up or dismantling.

There are no refunds on equipment rented and not used.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EQUIPMENT RENTED. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR LOSS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED REPLACEMENT COST FOR DAMAGED OR LOST EQUIPMENT.

Liabilty

Tangerine Rentals Inc. will not be held liable for any personal injuries while equipment is in your procession.

Saftey

Stakes or Weights are mandatory for the security of the tents and the safety of your guests. There is a delivery fee for all out of town delivery and set ups.

A site inspection is recommended for all tent sets to ensure there will be no issues to spoil your special day or event. Tangerine Rentals Inc. will not be held liable for any damages while equipment is in your procession.
